Meeting at the airport

- All tourists are met by a representative of the company opposite the exit from the airport with a CIP TRAVEL AGENCY sign. All women are given a bouquet of flowers.

- The representative of the company helps to bring the luggage to the VIP transport, on which the transfer will be carried out.

- There is also a CIP TRAVEL counter in Antalya Airport Terminal I. Rack number -30.

Transfer

- During the transfer in the car, along with the tourists there will be a driver and a transferman. The transferman will provide brief information about the holiday.

Check-in at the hotel (Check-in time in the room 14.00)

- The representative of the company accompanying the transfer helps tourists check into the hotel. Fills out registration cards. Informs tourists about the time of meeting with the hotel guide.

- After checking in, a representative of the company calls the tourists in the room to clarify whether everything is in order. Questions about upgrading a room to a higher room category tourists need to inform their agency first.

Meeting with the guide

- The first meeting with the guide is obligatory for all tourists. At the meeting, the guide provides complete information about the hotel, offers sightseeing tours, and gives a contact phone number to contact him.

- The hotel guide will ask tourists for information about their insurance, as well as information about the return flight for control. All questions that tourists have resolved through the hotel guide. Every day, the guide has the duty to call the tourists once and find out how their vacation is going and if there are any requests and wishes.

- If tourists do not want to be disturbed, they need to be informed about this at the first meeting with the guide.

Departure from the hotel and return transfer. (Check-out time from the room until 12.00)

- The day before departure, the night before, the hotel guide informs tourists about the time of their transfer by any available means. Transfer is usually provided 3 hours before departure.

- During the return transfer, tourists are provided with a questionnaire to fill out. In this questionnaire, tourists leave their opinions and reviews about their vacation and the work of CIP TRAVEL.

- Upon arrival at the airport, a representative of the company helps to bring luggage to the check-in counter, helps to check-in.

- After registration, the representative of the company says goodbye to the tourists.
